Day 02: Cultural sightseeing trip of Kathmandu
The Kathmandu Valley is home to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. Many architectural and historical gems are hidden within the bustle of the streets and toles. On this day, after breakfast, set out to discover the actual beauty of Kathmandu.
First, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, which is near Basantapur or Freak Street. Explore the courtyards and temples, which serve as reminders of old culture and religion. The Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Museum, which was previously the palace of the ruling Shah Dynasty, is a must-see in the neighborhood. From there, you may continue to the Swayambhunath Stupa, which is located on a mountaintop on the city's western boundaries. The location offers a panoramic view of the entire city while providing quiet and tranquility.
Depending on the time, you may also visit the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples in the world. Pilgrims from all around the world will come to perform rites. Non-Hindus are not permitted to enter the main temple area, although they are welcome to tour the enormous temple complex.
Alternatively, you might visit Boudhanath, one of the world's largest spherical stupas, located in the city's northeast. Tourists also choose to visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is approximately 30 minutes outside of Kathmandu city. It has the medieval Malla dynasty's palaces, as well as temples and shrines from that period.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2,840m/ 9,316ft), trek to Phakding (2,610m/ 8,561ft)

After breakfast, proceed to Kathmandu's domestic terminal for a flight to Lukla. It serves as the Khumbu's entryway, having the sole airfield in the region. During the spectacular flight, the terrain changes from green fields and pastures to snow-covered hills and mountains. After arriving at the exhilarating Tenzing Hillary Airport, take in the splendor of Lukla.
The trip will begin immediately after arrival and will take you to Phakding Village for the night. Along the Dudh Koshi River trail, you will see many other hikers and only a few residences. On the route beyond Chaurikharka hamlet to Khumbila, a holy, unclimbed peak.
When you see stone-paved steps, you've arrived in the picturesque Phakding village. The dwellings are tastefully ornamented with prayer flags that float in the breeze. There are also several mani walls in the region. The settlement is mostly inhabited by Sherpa mountaineers from Nepal's Himalayas.
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,284ft)
Distance: 10.5 km
Duration: 6-7 hours
After breakfast, pack your things and embark on a hike to Namche Bazaar. The first part of the trip is a constant, steep incline towards the Dudh Koshi River. Use a suspension bridge to cross the river. From there, you will enter a forest of pine and rhododendrons. The scent of new flowers is alluring. Eventually, you will arrive at Monjo settlement. Crossing the Hillary Suspension Bridge will lead you to the Monjo checkpoint. It serves as both the entrance and departure point for the protected Sagarmatha National Park. Your advisor will give the necessary documentation.
You will leave Monjo and go to Jorsale village for lunch. The settlements along the road are noted for their pine tree planting grounds and honeycomb structures. You will soon arrive at Tope Danda, a high point from which you may see distant views of Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is a major commercial and tourism hub in the Khumbu area. It is vibrant, with several tea houses, restaurants, stores, ATMs, and other attractions. The people will greet you warmly, and the many visitors will exchange glances.
Day 05: Rest Day in Namche Bazaar
Today is your first and only acclimatization stop on the hike. You do not need to get up early in the morning. Have breakfast in the main eating area while chatting with other trekkers and locals. You have the entire day to yourself, so you may engage in some trekking and exploring.
You can carry a small bag and trek to Namche Monastery. You may connect with the local monks while also spinning the prayer wheel. The Everest View Hotel, located above the main market area, offers a clear view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Khunde Hospital, established by Sir Edmund Hilliary during his Everest expedition, is one of the area's most prominent tourist attractions. Visit the Sherpa Culture Museum to learn about the ethnic community's customs, heritage, and culture. In the evening, you may sample some regionally famous drinks and meals.
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m/12,661ft)
Distance: 10 km
Duration: 5-6 hours
After breakfast, follow the sandy track that starts with an incline. The route straightens out from there. On the journey, you'll have to climb and descend stone stairs. Again, you can see the mesmerizing vistas of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Mt. Everest, this time from a closer distance. The trail finally leads to a rugged area through dense woodland. You'll cross the Phunki Tenga River on a suspension bridge. As the journey climbs, the road becomes zigzag.
In no time, you will have arrived in Tengboche hamlet, located at the confluence of the Dudh Koshi and Imja Khola rivers. Tenzing Norgay, the first person to summit Mt. Everest alongside Sir Edmund Hillary, was born here. The area is mostly inhabited by Buddhist Sherpas. After arriving in the village, settle inside your tea house.
You will set off to visit the Tengboche Monastery, which is located at an elevation of 3,860m/12,661ft and is the highlight of this journey. The Tengboche Monastery, also known as Dawa Choling Gompa, is well-known in the village. It is the largest monastery in the entire Khumbu area of Nepal. It was built in 1916 and is currently part of the Sagarmatha National Park's Sacred Sites Trail initiative. Tourists are well aware of the monastery since it is located along the most famous traditional Everest path. It belongs to the Nyingmapa tradition of Vajrayana Buddhism. The monastery was damaged in the 1934 Great Earthquake and burned down in 1989, but it was restored and is now more lovely than ever.
You may examine the magnificent antique texts, statues, paintings, and wood carvings. Enter the main structure, which houses the prayer hall and a massive Shakyamuni Buddha statue. Mani walls surround the buildings. If you hike around October or November, you will see the Mani Rimdu festival taking place in the monastery's courtyard. Day 07: Trek Tengboche to Monjo (2,835m/ 9,301ft)

Duration: 6-7 hours
Say goodbye to the wonderful Tengboche village. Because the weather in Tengboche varies throughout the day, start your walk early after breakfast. Descend to the Imjatse River, then climb steeply for nearly an hour to reach Sanasa. From there, the twisting trail leads you to Namche Bazaar. Have lunch at one of Namche's nicer eateries.
Looking back at the settlement and Mt. Everest in the distance, you'll continue along the steep trek to a lush green forest. You could see musk deer, Himalayan Tahr, or the uncommon red panda. Tourists have frequently related their experiences of seeing Blood Pheasant and Impeyan Pheasant. The road then descends steeply to the Dudh Koshi River. Cross the river with a suspension bridge to Jorsale. It is the buffer zone for Sagarmatha National Park. You will continue walking south towards Monjo Village.
Monjo is a tiny town most known for being the checkpoint or entrance gate to the national park. There are several guesthouses and teahouses in this neighborhood. The stone homes with tin roofs and wooden windows transport you back in time.
Day 08: Trek Monjo to Lukla (2840m/9316ft)
Distance: 12 km
Duration: 5-6 hours
After breakfast, you will say farewell to the beautiful folks and continue on the Dudh Koshi River trek. There is a drop on the initial section of the walk to Benkar. From there, you'll cross a suspension bridge and travel to Ghat for lunch. From there, carry on to Phakding village. There is a gentle ascent till you reach Chablung Village. Walk through a dense forest of birch and juniper until you reach the Pasang Lhamu Memorial Gate.
You will have reached Lukla village. Keep your backpack in your tea house and walk out onto the streets to mingle with the people. The little community has a lot to offer in terms of exploration. There are several businesses in the neighborhood where you may purchase charming items to take home. The folks here are kind and inviting. You may get some locally produced beers and spend your final night in the Khumbu district with the locals and our staff.
Day 09: Flight to Kathmandu (1,400m/4,592ft)
Duration: 35 min
After breakfast, you'll proceed to Tenzing Hillary Airport for your trip back to Kathmandu. As it takes control, the white mountains seem dim in the distance. Back to the hilly wonderland, Kathmandu! You will be taken to your hotel in Thamel after arriving at Kathmandu's airport.
You can rest at your hotel for a while. Later in the day, set out on foot or by bicycle or cab to explore the surrounding districts. If you missed any World Heritage Sites at the start of your journey, you can visit them now. Alternatively, you might practice yoga and meditation at a recognized facility. Please let the guide know your preferences.
In the evening, stop by the souvenir stores to get pashmina shawls, dream catchers, wood sculptures, and thangka paintings to take home as memories. You can spend the night at a nearby bar or restaurant with your new friends and colleagues.
Day 10: Fly to home country
Finally, it's time to say farewell to our crew and the stunning Tengboche Monastery hiking adventure. Even as you pack your luggage and travel to the airport, you will be reminded of the Tengboche monastery in the peaceful town, with the snow-capped mountain in the background. After being dropped off at the international terminal by our agent, you will return home.

2: Limited Space in Peak Months: The peak months in the peak season attract the highest number of international guests and are therefore sold out earlier. We have restricted one group size to a maximum of 12 travelers. We are taking registrations on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
3. Limited Flight Seats: Domestic flight seats to the Karakorams and Himalayas are sold out way ahead of time because there are only two daily flights during peak season. Among other things, the deposit is used to book domestic flights for you in advance.
4. Pay Balance after arrival in Pakistan: We appreciate that paying the final balance for your trip may cause concern. Our policy is to only receive your final balance once you arrive in Pakistan. The only payment before arrival is the deposit.
5. Pay Minimum Deposit: The deposits for the holiday are also early-bird discounts and automatically change according to the late deposit schedule above. The same dates above apply to next season's deposits.
Deposit (Advance) for Pakistani nationals
The deposit for Pakistani nationals is PKR 100,000 or 30% of the total price, whichever is greater. The deposit is non-refundable.
Refund Policy for All
Deposit: Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable as it will be spent on making in-country arrangements. For Pakistan nationals, the deposit is non-refundable in all cases too.
Balance: Pay the balance only after arrival in Pakistan on the first day. Payment guidelines will be shared timely.
Currency
All international travelers can pay in US Dollars (USD) or equivalent in Euros (EUR) or Pound Sterling (GBP). Pakistani travelers are charged the equivalent in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Single Supplement
Separate hotel rooms (single supplement) will cost an additional USD 290. This includes all hotel nights. This payment should be made with the balance upon arrival.
Separate tents (single tent) will cost an additional USD 180. This includes the cost of additional porterage. This payment should also be made with the balance in Pakistan.
