  • Breakfast with a twist: Start the day with Paratha and Anda (egg), served with Kahwa (green tea). Visit a local tea vendor for the ultimate Balochi-style tea experience.
  • Local market tour: Visit the Quetta Cantt Bazaar for mid-morning snacks like Pakoras (fried fritters) and Samosas served with delicious chutneys.

Afternoon

  • Lunch at a street vendor: Try the famed Biryani or Pulao, a fragrant rice meal with meat that is rich in spices and flavors specific to the region. To balance out the spices, serve with fresh Raita (yogurt).
