Gishat Pass Meadows are located approximately 4,385 meters between the Neelum and Astore Valleys. This tranquil setting includes lush green meadows, colorful wildflowers, and clear streams teeming with fish. It’s a wildlife sanctuary, where hikers can see playful monkeys and grazing sheep. Day 02: Marnat Village and Phela Sar Trek
On this Day
- Eat breakfast and drive to Marnat Village (1.5 hours from Jander Seri)
- Begin the hike from Marnat to Dana Meadows Top via Phulwai Village and a picturesque woodland area
- Follow a small trail next to a water stream
- Visit Masjid Wali Behak/Phela Sar
- The estimated trekking time is 7-8 hours
Day 03: Masjid Wali Behak to Domail

- Enjoy your breakfast
- Trek along a brook with a gentle rise
- Go from Masjid Wali Behak to Domail
- The estimated trekking time is 5 hours
- Establish a campsite at Domel. After a little break, proceed on a journey to Domail Lake (2 hours from the campsite)
- Return to the campsite
Day 04: Challenging Trek Riat Pass
On this Day
- Start early, with a 5 am wake-up call
- Enjoy your breakfast
- Begin the trek to the 4250-meter Riat Pass
- After crossing the pass, see the beautiful Baloor Kasi Lake, Safa Lake, Shakar Ghar Lake, and Marwa Lake
- Estimated trekking time: 5-6 hours
- Overnight at Basecamp Riat Pass
Day 05: Gishat Pass Trek
On this Day
- Start early, with a 5 am wake-up call
- Enjoy your breakfast
- Begin the journey to Gishat Pass
- After crossing the pass, you'll arrive at the lovely Gishat Meadows, which has a water stream
- Fishing opportunities are available
- The estimated trekking time is 7 hours
- Overnight Camp
Day 06: Gishat to Astore
On this Day
- Travel from Gishat Village to Astore via Rattu
- Take a 5-6 hour jeep ride around the valley, stopping to explore
- Arrive in Astore and get settled in
Day 07: Astore to Islamabad

- Travel from Astore to Islamabad
