Day 02: Fly to Skardu

Participants on this morning will take the spectacular flight from Islamabad airport to Skardu airport. You will be able to see Nanga Parbat if clouds allow. After arrival in Skardu, the day is free.
Day 03: Drive to Askole - Hotel
On this Day
Today, take a picturesque drive to Askole, the final settlement before the journey begins. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation and get ready for the adventure ahead.
Day 04: Trek to Chang Chik Kun Camp
On this Day
Begin your walk by traveling to Chang Chik Kun Camp, located along the Dumardo River beyond Jhola, 3100m. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you hike for around 9-10 hours, allowing yourself to adjust to the altitude.
Day 05: Trek to Tasok
On this Day
Today's trip brings you to Tasok-A Camp, which is located just before the Panmah Glacier (3400 meters). Trek for around 7-8 hours to provide proper acclimatization and build a solid foundation for higher elevations.
Day 06: Trek to Choktoi
On this Day
Continue your trek to Choktoi, where you will camp near the junction of the Choktoi and Nubande Subande Glaciers. Trek for approximately 7-8 hours, taking in the breathtaking views along the route.
Day 07: Trek to Skinmarg
On this Day
Today's hike takes you to Skinmarg, where the Nubande Subdande and Chairing Glaciers meet. Trek for around 6-7 hours, surrounded by towering peaks and untouched glaciers.
Day 08: Trek to Lower Chiring (4800 m)
On this Day
Ascend to Lower Chiring at an altitude of 4800 meters. Trek about 7-8 hours, bringing you closer to the high-altitude camp.
Day 09: Trek to Upper Chiring, the high camp of Muztagh West (5350 m)
On this Day
Upper Chiring, Muztagh West's high camp, is at an altitude of 5350 meters. Trek for 7-8 hours to prepare yourself for the trials ahead.
Day 10: Summit Muztagh West (crossing and camping at Sarpo Glacier, 5400 m)

Today, climb Muztagh West to the top before crossing across and sleeping at Sarpo Glacier, which stands at 5400 meters. Trek for 7-8 hours, appreciating the accomplishment of reaching the summit.
Day 11: Summit Sarpo Laggo 5740m & Camp at Trango Glacier (4700m)

Push yourself to the limit as you reach the spectacular summit of Sarpo Laggo at 5740 meters. Camp at Trango Glacier and take in the stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Trek for 8–10 hours.
Day 12: Shipton Camp (Trango Base Camp, 4060 meters)

Descend to Shipton Camp, also known as Trango Base Camp, located at an elevation of 4060 meters. Trek for 5-6 hours, taking time to rest and recharge.
Day 13: Rest day at Shipton Camp
On this Day
Take a well-deserved leisure day at Shipton Camp. Use this opportunity to explore the region, mingle with other hikers, and gaze at Trango Towers' high granite walls.
Day 14: Trek to Paiju Baltoro

Continue your journey towards Paiju, also known as Paiyu, which is located beside the Baltoro Glacier. Trek through breathtaking scenery for an amazing experience.
Day 15: Trek to Jhola
On this Day
Continue your trek to Jhola and immerse yourself in the raw splendor of the Karakoram. Trek at a leisurely pace, enjoying every bit of the journey.
Day 16: Rest Day in Skardu
On this Day
Return to Skardu and have a well-deserved vacation day. Make use of this chance to reflect on your travels, shop for souvenirs, or learn about local culture and food.
Day 17: Fly to Islamabad
On this Day

On this day the participants will take a flight from the airport in Skardu to Islamabad airport. You will have a good time to relax at the hotel in Islamabad.
Domestic flights sometimes get canceled due to weather conditions. In case of flight cancellation, you will drive to Chilas overnight. It takes eight to ten hours by vehicle.

Why Register Now?
1. Early Bird Discount: The given prices for the holiday are limited-time discount offers and are subject to change. Service providers including (but not limited) to airlines and hotels increase prices in peak-season. Early reservations cost us less than peak-season.
2: Limited Space in Peak Months: The peak months in the peak season attract the highest number of international guests and are therefore sold out earlier. We have restricted one group size to a maximum of 12 travelers. We are taking registrations on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
3. Limited Flight Seats: Domestic flight seats to the Karakorams and Himalayas are sold out way ahead of time because there are only two daily flights during peak season. Among other things, the deposit is used to book domestic flights for you in advance.
4. Pay Balance after arrival in Pakistan: We appreciate that paying the final balance for your trip may cause concern. Our policy is to only receive your final balance once you arrive in Pakistan. The only payment before arrival is the deposit.
5. Pay Minimum Deposit: The deposits for the holiday are also early-bird discounts and automatically change according to the late deposit schedule above. The same dates above apply to next season's deposits.
Deposit (Advance) for Pakistani nationals
The deposit for Pakistani nationals is PKR 100,000 or 30% of the total price, whichever is greater. The deposit is non-refundable.
Refund Policy for All
Deposit: Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable as it will be spent on making in-country arrangements. For Pakistan nationals, the deposit is non-refundable in all cases too.
Balance: Pay the balance only after arrival in Pakistan on the first day. Payment guidelines will be shared timely.
Currency
All international travelers can pay in US Dollars (USD) or equivalent in Euros (EUR) or Pound Sterling (GBP). Pakistani travelers are charged the equivalent in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Single Supplement
Separate hotel rooms (single supplement) will cost an additional USD 290. This includes all hotel nights. This payment should be made with the balance upon arrival.
Separate tents (single tent) will cost an additional USD 180. This includes the cost of additional porterage. This payment should also be made with the balance in Pakistan.

The Muztagh Pass and Sarpo Laggo Trek provide an unforgettable adventure through some of the world’s most spectacular scenery. These passes, nestled among the towering peaks of the Baltoro Muztagh range in the Karakoram, including the famed K2, play an important role in the region’s topography and history.
At 5750 meters, the Muztagh Pass serves as a strong gateway between Pakistani and Chinese territory. It offers two unique routes: the eastern or ‘Old’ Muztagh Pass, with a height of roughly 5422 meters, and the ‘New’ Muztagh Pass, located around 16 kilometers to the west, with elevations ranging between 5700 and 5800 meters. These passes serve as the watershed between rivers flowing into the Tarim Basin and those meandering towards the Indian Ocean. Historically, the Muztagh Pass was an important route for caravans traveling from Yarkand to Skardu, located along the upper Indus River in Baltistan. From Skardu, these caravans would go to Srinagar, Kashmir. The Muztagh Pass, located midway between the Karakoram Pass to the east, which leads to Leh in Ladakh, and the Kilik and Mintaka passes to the west, which leads to Hunza and Gilgit, was strategically important in ancient trade routes.
