Safety, Helicopter Model, and Weight Limit
Safety is a major consideration whenever or for whatever reason you use a helicopter service. We are here to provide helicopter service, but your safety is more important than anything else. That is why we take safety extremely seriously at Apricot Tours.
We have worked with reputable aviation operators with a decade of expertise, highly qualified pilots, and years of experience flying over the Himalayas and handling its unique weather conditions. They are trained flying instructors, extremely talented, and adhere to all safety procedures.
Every helicopter has a maximum approved takeoff weight determined by the helicopter manufacturer. So, depending on altitude and location, helicopters may carry between 350 and 500 kg of weight. Our helicopters can carry five people plus the pilot. We ensure optimum seat arrangement while also balancing the weight of the people.
Likewise, we fly AS 350 B3e helicopters, among the world’s safest helicopters. Eurocopter, France, the world’s top civil helicopter manufacturer, built these helicopters. These fleet series are superior in aviation because of their power, dependability, comfort, luxury, smoothness, and significant safety benefits. It can fly at far higher altitudes than other single-engine helicopters. Furthermore, it offers significant simple landing and takeoff capabilities that require little effort in tiny landing areas and poor weather circumstances.
